Under the false pretense of a “health emergency,” New Mexico’s Democratic governor issued an unconstitutional ban on citizens’ rights to carry legally owned firearms. Fortunately for the citizens of New Mexico, Sheriff John Allen of Bernalillo County stood by his oath to the Constitution and the people he was elected to serve and challenged the Governor of NM. Democrat Sheriff Allen stated, “As an officer of the Court, I cannot and will not enforce something that is clearly unconstitutional.” You can hear Sheriff Allen’s powerful response here:

A few days later, New Mexico’s Attorney General, also a Democrat, upheld his oath to the Constitutions of the United States and the State of New Mexico by refusing to carry out and enforce the Governor’s tyrannical grip on power . The action of the governor of New Mexico to strip citizens of their right to keep and bear arms is a prime example of why our founders created the Second Amendment: not for hunting, self-defense, or sports, but protect citizens from a tyrannical government.
International attorney Todd Callender, Esq. looks at the legal criteria and court decisions of “exigent circumstances” to allow exemptions used to completely usurp our constitutional and human rights. This legal assault on our basic freedoms if human rights had been carefully crafted over the last few decades. These attacks on individual liberties, and the increased control of the federal government, have intensified since 9-11-2001 with the passage of the Patriot Act, the model health laws of 2002 fueled by federal grants in more than half of our 50 states, the International Health Regulation of 2005. Act, the TARP legislation of 2009, the Obamacare health care law of 2010, the NDAA of 2016 when Obama legalized “asymmetric warfare” against the American people (ie, the use of propaganda and lies to change public perception and control behavior), the 2017 NDAA that moved the merged HHS and Department of Defense into the ‘Defense Health Agency for “public health emergencies” to be carried out under the direction of the military following statements by the World Health Organization.
Then, under the declaration of a national COVID emergency and the implementation of the PREP Act, the final nails were hammered into the coffin marking the death of our individual freedom, patient rights, and human rights we thought we had. Callender explains how this whole progression of regulatory and legislative actions has combined to create the militarized medical martial law we were all subjected to over the past three years of COVID deception and tyranny. The Biden administration is preparing to unleash another round of this medical tyranny with new claims of “variants of COVID” that justify more mandates and lockdowns, and now the expansion of the “health emergency” to declare “thermal (or climatic) emergencies” as governor. of Arizona recently did.
Today’s program looks at many other examples of the ways in which the entire apparatus of our federal government has deceptively claimed “exigent circumstances” to completely revoke our human rights. This is the greatest threat to human life and freedom to face humanity in recent history. America, and the listening world, it is time to take a stand against evil, stand up to tyranny, and simply not comply with these illegal mandates and attacks on your constitutional and human rights.
