Like so many things the Biden Administration has done, its theory that electric vehicles are cheaper to operate ran out of juice as prices at the pump stabilized last quarter. Now, according to a study by the Anderson Economic Group, internal combustion engine cars are once again more fuel efficient than their electric vehicle counterparts. This is the first time in 18 months. Biden’s plan to raise oil prices to get people to buy electric cars had a major flaw: Rising fuel prices also raise the cost of producing electricity, and everything else. Biden was pushing for electric vehicles at the expense of every family budget in America as inflation spiraled out of control on fuel, food and other consumer goods. You only have to follow the money to see why.
When you look at the big picture, Biden and his gang of World Economic Forum (WEF) corporations, the media and government hacks have a plan: redistribute wealth and enrich themselves all in the name of saving the planet. Biden’s Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm said higher gas prices made a compelling case for buying electric cars: “If you fill up your EV (electric vehicle) and fill up the gas tank, you’d save $60 to fill up by going electric. rather than using petrol, but it’s a very compelling case.” Granholm also admitted that she had recently served as a director of an electric car company and owned millions in the company’s stock. Do you see how this works?
Buying an electric vehicle might make you feel good about boosting your social credit score, but it won’t be good for your pocketbook. The Daily Jot compared the cost recovery of a 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid that got 41 mpg with a 15 mpg Ford F-150 driven 1,500 miles per month. According to the Edmunds.com Car Cost vs Mileage Calculator, it would take 174 months (14.5 years) at $2.79 cents a gallon before the hybrid even starts to break even. Even at $5 a gallon gas it will take 8 years to start saving money. But this Ford Escape won’t last that long. After 6 years, the battery’s 100,000 mile warranty will have expired and it will cost another $15,000 to $20,000 to replace.
The WEF, which is pushing for the conversion to all things electric, achieves two of its goals by forcing the conversion to electric vehicles: 1) the redistribution of wealth to its supporters at the expense of the average citizen, and 2) the switch of ignition that can control where, when and how far people can travel. In a gasoline engine vehicle, backfiring is caused by some form of resistance that limits the functions of the engine’s intake and exhaust valves. The socialist wealth redistribution plan with electric vehicles may also backfire with resistance, both economically from the gas and oil business and not buying the EV propaganda. There is a biblical principle at play as it says in James 4:7: “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.” Just saying.
Have a happy and powerful day!
