In August-September 2023, the FDA repeats the fraud perpetrated on America and the world in 2021 by announcing the “approval” of experimental emergency use authorization COVID vaccines, misleadingly called “vaccines ” rather than the correct description of the gene therapy of the new mRNA technology. America, at NO TIME in 2021 or 2023 have we had a fully FDA approved “vaccine” for COVID available for use.
Our guest today, USAF Col. Tom Rempfer (ret.) who was a plaintiff in the successful 2004 lawsuit to overturn the illegal mandate for the investigational anthrax vaccine, explains detailing how the FDA’s actions in 2021 and 2023 repeat the same actions that violate multiple federal statutes designed to protect Americans – civilians and military – from being forced to use any experimental drug, vaccine or medical device. Colonel Rempfer explains the parallels between the anthrax and COVID “vaccine” releases and the ways the government knowingly broke the laws in both.
Colonel Rempfer talks about the FDA’s own standards that the FDA itself is violating by arbitrarily lowering the standards specified in federal law, forgoing good manufacturing practices, safety oversight, and full disclosure of ingredients and formula modifications without further testing.
